🚀 WE’RE HIRING – UX Designer | Contact Center Digital Experience
• Location: Richardson, TX – Hybrid
• Duration: Contract
• Pay Rate: 45-50/hr
• Work Mode: Hybrid
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for contact center platforms, agent desktops, supervisor consoles, self-service portals, and AI-powered customer journeys.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other UX tools.
- Translate business, operational, and CX requirements into scalable and reusable design solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams in Agile environments.
- Build and maintain enterprise design systems, component libraries, and UX standards.
- Support AI, Conversational AI, Virtual Agent, IVR, and Omnichannel transformation initiatives.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and performance across digital experiences.
- Partner with frontend teams using ReactJS, Angular, HTML/CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
🔹 Required Skills
- 8+ years of UX/UI Design experience with enterprise applications
- Strong experience with Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- User research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design systems and component libraries
- Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
- Agile delivery experience
🔹 Preferred Experience
- Contact Center domain experience with Genesys, Google CCAI, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect, or similar platforms
- AI-driven customer experiences and Conversational AI
- IVR, Virtual Agent, and Omnichannel transformation
- Design Thinking and digital transformation programs
- Experience working with ReactJS, Angular, HTML/CSS
